Dhun supports creators and live hosts who broadcast on the platform. This policy explains how creator earnings are earned, calculated, and withdrawn.

Eligibility for Creator Earnings

Live hosts may become eligible for creator earnings based on:

Virtual gifts received during live streaming
Platform engagement targets
Platform creator policies

Eligibility requirements, thresholds, and payout rates may be updated from time to time. Active creators will be notified of material changes through the app or via email.

What Qualifies for Earnings

Creator withdrawals are related only to live-streaming and gifting activities. Earnings are derived from eligible virtual gifts sent by users to hosts during approved live sessions, subject to platform rules and verification.

What Does Not Qualify

Users cannot convert purchased coins into cash.
Gaming activities are completely separate from creator earnings and do not provide cash withdrawals.
Coins spent on games, premium features, or other in-app purchases do not generate creator payouts for buyers.
No gambling, betting, lottery, or real-money wagering earnings are offered on Dhun.

Withdrawals & Payouts

Creator payouts are processed according to platform rules and verification requirements, including:

Identity and account verification
Minimum withdrawal thresholds
Compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements
Review of activity for policy compliance

Payout timelines and methods are communicated within the Dhun app. Processing times may vary based on verification status and payment partner requirements.

Relationship to Virtual Coins

Virtual coins purchased by users are digital items with no direct monetary value. When users send gifts using coins, a portion of the gift value may contribute to creator earnings as defined by platform policy. Purchased coins themselves cannot be redeemed or withdrawn as cash by any user.
